    Job Description:

    Responsible for providing training services to customers, for the delivery of instructor-led and web-enabled end user training, as well as, delivering classroom group administrator training. Working with BScaler Service Support Team, this person will assess customer end user training needs during the implementation process, develop custom agendas and training aids, and deliver quality training to ensure optimal user adoption.

    The Trainer-in-Chief will be directly accountable for providing direction and best practices to users in the education and acceptance of their business process flows as per our ERM total business solutions.

    Successful candidate must share our passion for business, pride in our work and in the technologies we invented, as well as, proven software training delivery skills. Working with aggressive timelines and a managing multiple client sessions is required.

    Training delivery will be done both locally and nationwide in the US.

     

    Qualifications/Skills:

    Candidates for the Trainer-in-Chief role should have the following qualifications:

      • 5++ years experience in software training.
      • Good presentation skills and be able to work with customers to assess training needs, developing curriculum, learning objectives, training aids, and hands-on exercises.
      • Exposure to applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
        Candidates should have excellent client management skills and be able to work with and receive rapport from customers.
      • Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to ERM, ERP, CRM and FAO
      • Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support.
      • Experience with software in a SaaS/ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Previous training/consulting experience with applications such as a PSM at NetSuite, MASS 90/200, Great Plains, SalesForce.com etc. is a definite advantage.
      • Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is desirable.

    Job Description:

    Training Consultants will provide instructor-led and web-enabled training on the functional aspects of BScaler’s ERM. Work with the Training-in-Chief to review training aids and training documentation. Participate in the instructional development process by testing/editing training materials, providing feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks. Work with the Service Team to develop customized training plans.

     

    Responsibilities:

      • Deliver functional training to end-users, partners and employees via web- and instructor-led sessions.
      • Learn all relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and technical knowledge.
      • Deliver client on-site training upon request.
      • Limited travel within the USA.

    Qualifitions/Skills:

      • 2-3 years of technical knowledge, 1-2 years experience in training delivery for the software industry.
      • Strong ERP/CRM/SFA/FAO and accounting knowledge and/or strong SaaS experience.
      • Knowledge of and experience with financial accounting and CRM products such as NetSuite, MASS90/200, ACCPAC, Great Plains and Salesforce.com is highly desirable.

    Job Description:

    Implementation Managers will be responsible for helping to manage clients in both pre- and post-sale environment. S/he will be responsible for the delivery of training, implementation and monitoring of customers progress working with the Service Team.

    Successful candidates must have a passion for helping SMBs find creative ways to use our ERM to manage their businesses more efficiently. Work will be done both locally as well as at our customer's sites in the US mainly.

     

    Qualifications/Skills:

      • 3-5 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. Solid experience in change management and Business Process Tracking in support and / or in conjunction with a major IS initiative is a big plus.
      • Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
      • Good understanding and / or some exposure to less ubiquitous, more esoteric business practices will be considered as well. Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Commissions), Sales Force Automation (Returns, Team Selling), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence.
      • Proven experiences in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative and excellent client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute on an implementation plan.
      • Experience with software in an SaaS/ASP environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success as a PSM at NetSuite: MASS90/200, Great Plains , SalesForce.com etc
      • Working knowledge of and experience using XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is desirable.

    Job Description:

    Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be part of the team responsible fortesting BScaler’s ERM solutions. The person will work in the ERP QA group with a focus on general accounting functionality. Responsibilities will include: writing test plans for new product features, designing and implementing Java-based automated tests, executing test plans, reporting software bugs, reproducing problems reported by customers, and verifying software bug fixes from development.

    Extremely bright, articulate, and accomplished problem solver, he or she is capable of troubleshooting complex software application problems.

    Capable of providing both preventative actions to avoid similar future problems, and to make recommendations on corrective actions to resolve existing product and customer problems.

     

    Requirements:

      • English and Vietnamese are a must
      • B.S. in Computer Science or comparable business degree plus overseas exposure.
      • 2-4 years Java programming experience
      • 1-3 years experience with SQL, preferably 9i/10G Oracle
      • Strong verbal & written communication skills

    Job Description

    To identify, evaluate, develop, and negotiate large, strategic alliances and complex reseller and OEM relationships.

    To push sales efforts with product management and marketing and/or business development executives at targeted partner companies

    Target organizations are those that (1) enhance the product and/or services delivery capabilities of our ERM, or (2) enable new horizontal and vertical markets.

    Specifically, the Channels Manager will:
     

      • Identify strategic objectives and develop strategies to meet those objectives.
      • Work with BScaler’s Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development organizations to ensure that our objectives are met in creating new partnerships.
      • Conduct research and qualification activities to determine the optimal relationship framework.
      • Develop specific value propositions and benefits of partnering with BScaler
      • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to targeted partners to establish and close sales opportunities.
      • Participate in external events to present our activities and capabilities in new market.

    Qualifications:

    A strategic thinker, personable, bright, and enthusiastic and have a business background in sales, business development or product management and a willingness to "Give it All" to make both the company and self successful. S/he must be a "closer"-- intent on finding, selling and closing deals.
