Responsible
for providing training services to customers, for the delivery of instructor-led
and web-enabled end user training, as well as, delivering classroom group
administrator training. Working with BScaler Service Support Team, this person
will assess customer end user training needs during the implementation process,
develop custom agendas and training aids, and deliver quality training to
ensure optimal user adoption.
The
Trainer-in-Chief will be directly accountable for providing direction and best
practices to users in the education and acceptance of their business process
flows as per our ERM total business solutions.
Successful
candidate must share our passion for business, pride in our work and in the
technologies we invented, as well as, proven software training delivery skills.
Working with aggressive timelines and a managing multiple client sessions is
required.
- 5++ years
experience in software training.
- Good
presentation skills and be able to work with customers to assess training

- Exposure to
applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or
externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
Candidates should have excellent client management skills and be able to

Training
Consultants will provide instructor-led and web-enabled training on the
functional aspects of BScaler’s ERM. Work with the Training-in-Chief to review
training aids and training documentation. Participate in the instructional
development process by testing/editing training materials, providing feedback
regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks. Work with the
Service Team to develop customized training plans.
- Deliver
functional training to end-users, partners and employees via web- and
instructor-led sessions.
- Learn all
relevant aspects of current and new product rollouts to ensure ongoing
improvement of product knowledge, training and presentation skills, and
technical knowledge.
- Deliver
client on-site training upon request.
- Limited
travel within the USA.
- 2-3 years of technical knowledge, 1-2 years

Implementation
Managers will be responsible for helping to manage clients in both pre- and
post-sale environment. S/he will be responsible for the delivery of training,
implementation and monitoring of customers progress working with the Service
Team.
Successful
candidates must have a passion for helping SMBs find creative ways to use our
ERM to manage their businesses more efficiently. Work will be done both locally
as well as at our customer's sites in the US mainly.
- 3-5 years
experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT
organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. Solid
experience in change management and Business Process Tracking in support
and / or in conjunction with a major IS initiative is a big plus.
- Excellent
understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to

Job Description:
Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be part of the team responsible fortesting BScaler’s ERM solutions. The person will work in the ERP QA group with
a focus on general accounting functionality. Responsibilities will include:
writing test plans for new product features, designing and implementing
Java-based automated tests, executing test plans, reporting software bugs,
reproducing problems reported by customers, and verifying software bug fixes
from development.
Extremely bright, articulate, and
accomplished problem solver, he or she is capable of troubleshooting complex
software application problems.
Capable of providing both preventative
actions to avoid similar future problems, and to make recommendations on
corrective actions to resolve existing product and customer problems.
- English and Vietnamese are a must
