BScaler Enterprise Resource Manager - ERM is totally Java-based, scalable business management solution that uses a commercial-grade relational database on state-of-the-art servers runninga scalable operating system. We have no Windows-based, consumer-grade software component. We don’t need to run daily virus-scanners.
We
designed ERM from the ground up and use modern software development
technology. ERM is 100% browser-based
with ultra-thin client design. Users run
no “local client” software and need no special platform. Any machine that runs a browser supports an
ERM user: a Windows PC, a Mac or a Linux
desktop, for examples. The browser can
be Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox.
Other browsers probably work, too.
The
customer’s ERM Administrator, who handles user login IDs and passwords and the
extensive customization features of ERM, also uses a browser, not a GUI-based
client attached to the server.

units and sales regions with no limit to the number of users. Because of the BScaler patent-pending design

ERM does no processing or storing of data on user computers (except for
PDF reports that a user can download), so current
data is always available to users anywhere in the world at any time.
