ERM User Roles
In order to ensure ERP Security and Data Integrity across your organization, BScaler uses role assignments
as a level of security in order to determine which employees can access what information, and how that
information can be accessed. A user’s role determines allowable functions and access privileges.
Adding new users is easy. When you add a user to ERM, you will enter their name and login ID.
In addition, you need to know that user’s role. As the ERM administrator, you will be called upon to add and
remove user IDs and passwords. You will associate each user with a specific ERM Role. The roles are:
