The ERM Administrator (“AppAdmin”) Module

The AppAdmin Manager adds or deletes users and customizes ERM modules for a particular business--information management without a DBA. It consists of these 18 business sub-modules: Company, BU, Region, Manufacturer, Inventory Category, Payment Terms, FOB, SO Group, Opportunity Probability, Sales Next Action, Service Action, Account Profile, Mgt. Approvals/Configuration, Employees, Partners, Customers, Lead Source and Expense Type. Each of these is customer-configurable to meet their business needs. For example, Company can have multiple addresses e.g. Corporate, multiple Remit To; upload Logo, set up fiscal year start date or Sales Forecasting.
